1 上帝是我們的避難所、是我們的力量、是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。

2 所以地雖改變、山雖搖動到海心、

3 其中的水雖匉訇翻騰、山雖因海漲而戰抖、我們也不害怕。   細拉

4 有一道河‧這河的分汊，使上帝的城歡喜‧這城就是至高者居住的聖所。

5 上帝在其中‧城必不動搖‧到天一亮、上帝必幫助這城。

6 外邦喧嚷、列國動搖‧上帝發聲、地便鎔化。

7 萬軍之耶和華與我們同在‧雅各的上帝是我們的避難所。   細拉

8 你們來看耶和華的作為、看他使地怎樣荒涼。

9 他止息刀兵直到地極‧他折弓、斷槍、把戰車焚燒在火中。

10 你們要休息、要知道我是上帝‧我必在外邦中被尊崇、在遍地上也被尊崇。

11 萬軍之耶和華與我們同在‧雅各的上帝、是我們的避難所。

1 God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.

2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,

3 though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging.   Selah

4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
the holy place where the Most High dwells.

5 God is within her, she will not fall;
God will help her at break of day.

6 Nations are in uproar, kingdom fall;
he lifts his voice, the earth melts.

7 The LORD Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.   Selah

8 Come and see the works of the LORD,
the desolations he has brought on the earth.

9 He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth;
he breaks the bow and shatters the spear,
he burns the shields with fire.

10 "Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth."

O LORD, you have searched me and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar.
You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways.
Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O LORD.

You hem me in--behind and before; you have laid your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain.

Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far aside of the sea,
even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.

If I say, "Surely that darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,"
even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darjness is as light to you.

For you created my immost being; you knit me together in  my mother's womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place.
When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body.
All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!
Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand. When I awake, I am still with you.

If only you would slay the wicked, O God! Away from me, you bloodthristy men!
They speak of you with evil intent; your adversaries misuse your name.
Do I not hate those who hate you, O LORD, and abhor those who rise up gainst you?
I have nothing but hatred for them; I count them my enemies.

Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.
See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

我現在身處於一個夢裡
這絕對是一個美夢
我就在夢裡巧合遇上你
全是緣份的牽引  這是真

我是會珍惜這一個美麗的夢
但你又何曾會珍惜夢中的我
你只是會把這當作一場嬉戲
我並不覺得這只是那麼簡單

P.s.一場今早讓我不願醒來的夢，
主啊，這只是單純的「日有所思、夜有所夢」，
還是有著你想告訴我的意思呢？
夢裡，竟讓我遇上了已在現實中許久沒遇上過的你，
只可惜，那故事也沒有一場開心的結局……

這首中二暑假時的填詞舊作，至今，依然還是那麼耐聽。
從不知何時開始，我只能藉著翻開更遠的過去的痛，意圖去放下你與我之間的傷痛。
怎知道，我做不到，心只會更痛，我只會活得更痛苦。
我知道再這樣下去，我只會再度走上自我壓抑的路。
主啊，求你憐憫我，我依然只不過是個「少無適俗韻」的小女孩吧……

依然忘不了，第二次跟你在琴房彈琴唱歌時，
我就特意把這首歌譜帶來彈給你聽，
你，還記得麼？
怎麼，好像我總是記得太多已逝的永恆呢？
